For employees, Look UP Reach OUT is a free support programme to help you get your life sorted.
We help you master the skills you need to improve your life. We talk about the stuff they didn’t teach you at school, and if we can’t do it we will connect you with someone who can help.
Do you want help with your money? Do you want to get your driving licence? What can you do with your Kiwisaver? What does PAYE on your payslip mean? And all those other questions you were too afraid to ask.

Has core modules that have been developed from our experiences in other workplaces. Participants can chose what they want to achieve from the core modules or challenge us to come up with content that better suits a specific need. For example, ‘How do I convert my overseas licence to a New Zealand licence?’
