UPSKILL has a series of Core Modules that cover the foundation skills employees need to master if they are to be confident and productive at work.
REFRESH
Most businesses we work with want to develop clearer induction practices, more effective health and safety training, accurate production reporting, and to improve staff understanding of basic processes and procedures. The REFRESH programme looks at these processes and procedures from a staff perspective and makes recommendations to achieve those outcomes.
ASSESS
By helping your diverse team of staff overcome challenges with reading, writing, numeracy, measuring, speaking and listening you are strengthening and future-proofing our business.
Spectrum uses The Assessment Tool to measure a person’s skill in reading, writing, speaking, listening and basic maths. With that knowledge, and conversations with the subject, we build a profile of how each person processes information.
